I have not been in Denver in 10 years so I knew I had no tickets, even though I received a legal office letter/bill for $150 with a license plate and BIN supposedly for a car I own. I called State Farm and Debbie went the extra mile to get the Colorado DOT on a three-way call during which they looked at the ticket and determined the license plate had been incorrectly identified. "The two agents we have had at this office have been very personable and helpful, we have been with State Farm for over 40 years and I have always had prompt and great service. We have our house inss., 4 cars, and two motorcycles insured with State Farm, sometimes consider changing to cheaper insurance, but good service goes a long way versus saving a little money. We have had a house fire, hail damage claim, and couple car accident claims and State Farm handled them promptly and were very easy to work with. Our newest agent Debbie went out of her way and dropped a receipt off at our house recently because their computers were down at the office, WOW, if that isn't excellent customer service!
