I have not been in Denver in 10 years so I knew I had no tickets, even though I received a legal office letter/bill for $150 with a license plate and BIN supposedly for a car I own. I called State Farm and Debbie went the extra mile to get the Colorado DOT on a three-way call during which they looked at the ticket and determined the license plate had been incorrectly identified.
